Purpose of Training
Is to provide participants with an overview of banking with regards to its different services. Moreover, participants gain knowledge of the various operations that include, but are not limited to, retail banking and foreign trade; also, students will gain knowledge about the codes of ethics which affect the banking sector. Finally, the certificate will provide participants with some basic skills in sales and customer service.
Course Objectives
By the end of the training program, participants will be able to:
- Explain the development of the banking sector
- Identify different bank accounts and types of deposits
- Handle the various operations of retail banking
- Explain foreign trade operations
- Deal with the basics for credit and finance analysis
- Define all capital market terminology with its aspects
- Explain the operation and structure of the treasury
Successful participants will receive a certificate in the name of FUE’s Department of Continuing Education and the Egyptian Banking Institute; the certificate is signed by the Minister of the Central Bank of Egypt.
Course Dates: November 19, 2016 till December 20, 2016
Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays of each week – From 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm
Course Fees: EGP 1,800
