Drop and Add Policy
Drop and add periods apply only to the scheduled Programs. Drop and add periods for all course durations begin on the first day of classes but vary in length depending on the total number of hours.
Before the second session, the scheduled program learner is entitled to drop or add a course. By then, the learner needs to obtain approval from the Department of Continuing Education before she or he drops and/or adds a course. In this case, the Refund Policy applies. After this period, the learner is not entitled to a refund but may still withdraw.
A learner is entitled to add a course before the second session only if space is available.
