Course Description
This course develops persuasive skills: how to convince others to voluntarily change their attitudes or behavior in order to accomplish desired goals. The main aim of the course is to become better persuaders. To do so it is necessary to enjoy the ability to read people’s minds as well as deal with the different personal styles and their expectations as well as be able to motivate different types of personalities, etc. This is achieved through practical techniques and exercises that develop the desired skill. The course also highlights the importance of being flexible in our communication strategies to become effective communicators and persuaders; it focuses on the development of strategies needed for effective persuasion. Moreover, different techniques are included to improve self-confidence and create a state of self-actualization.

By the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

- Deal with expectations of different types of human beings
- Read driving motivator factors of personality types
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of people
- Improve relations with different types of people
