STATIONERY USAGE GUIDELINES

    All academic and non-academic University entities are required to comply with the guidelines of stationery production identity for both internal and external communications. The University stationery system uses the Universty font and prompts users when selecting fonts to choose ones that complement this typeface. Adherence to these guidelines will help enhance the University's image.

    Materials included in the stationery system are designed primarily to identify, establish and promote FUE’s brand image and to render effective, marketing communications.

    The University's stationery system includes the following:
    -Letterhead
    -Business cards
    -Envelopes
    -Standard notecards
    - Notepads
    -PowerPoint presentations
    -Email shots
    -Fax cover sheet

    The University logo must always be placed in the upper left corner. Offices and departments have secondary logos that may be put in the upper left corner in the case of internal use stationery. The official University letterhead should be used on all mailings to off-campus audiences. Photocopies are not acceptable.

A department or faculty name may be paired with the logo If a faculty name is paired with the logo, a department name may be placed in the upper right corner, or vice versa. No other logo is permitted. Original letterhead should be used on all mailings to off-campus audiences. Photocopies are not acceptable .in case we have to write a memo or we have to write a long letter it will take more than one page we should use the second page letterhead.
