Abstract : الهدف من هذة الدراسة تقييم السريري و الشعاعي لألتام العظم حول الغرسات السنية الفورية باستخدام البلازما غزيرة الصفائح الدموية0تم أختيار 15 مريض يلزمهم خلع الضاحك الاول أو الثاني وغرس سني فوري 0 تم تقسيم المرضي الي 3 مجموعات متساوية0 المجموعة الاولي تم غرس سني فوري بعد الخلع بدون رقع العظم –المجموعة الثانية تم غرس سني فوري بعد الخلع مع رقع العظم حول الغرسات- المجموعة الثالثة تم غرس سني فوري بعد الخلع مع رقع العظم مختلط بالبلازما غزيرة الصفائح الدموية الذاتية حول الغرسات0 تم تقييم السريري و الشعاعي لألتام العظم حول الغرسات السنية مباشرة وبعد 3 و 6 اشهر0 لم يظهر فروق احصائية في كثافة العظم بين المجموعات في الثلاث اشهر الاولي0 ولكن في الشهر السادس كانت كثافة العظم اعلي قيمة في المجموعة الثالثة مجموعة البلازما غزيرة الصفائح الدموية الذاتية وهذا يؤكد دور البلازما غزيرة الصفائح الدموية الذاتية في ألتام العظم حول الغرسات السنية الفورية0
