The Department of Human Resources mission is to advance the overall mission of the University through the acquisition, retention, and support of an excellent faculty and staff. We are dedicated to fostering a work environment that attracts and maintains top talent. We do this through recruitment, hiring, and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce and by maximizing employee relations and excellent personal and group performance.
