Royal care International is a company specialized in healthcare management through its network of prominent physicians, highly qualified medical consultants, reputable hospitals, professional medical centers, outstanding laboratory work, x-rays, along with its pharmacies.

Royal Care International ensures best of care for its members. To receive the comfort of being in all-inclusive circle of services, the company issues an insurance card for each member with his/her data where they can obtain everything from prescription drugs to treatment at specialized clinics and hospitals by filling out the required medical form.

Future University is totally committed to providing its students with quality health insurance coverage through Royal Care International.

A) Life Insurance & accidental Death Plan:

Life Insurance & accidental death plan is now on procedure to all employees & their dependants who are eligible for heath benefits with the university.

There is a chance to choose either employee or family program.

B) Retirement Planning Programs:

Normally, employees are entitled to participate in FUE retirement plan on the first month after completing a one year of eligible service at FUE.

Once enrolled, an employee is required to contribute to the plan "2%" of his/her salary. The University contributes a matching "8%" of employees salary.

C) Banking Internship:

Employee's salary is transferred through FUE to CIB Bank, where a saving account is opened automatically for the employee, in addition to several banking facilities such as visa cards and loans.

D) Staff Dependants Nursery:

FUE is trying to provide the employees with the utmost practical family atmosphere, through providing a well established nursery for employees children. The nursery is open from 8:30 a.m. till 6:00 p.m., serving hot meals, providing nursery curriculums in addition to a sunny area for a play ground.
