FUE students visit the People's Assembly
A delegation of around 40 students from FUE Faculty of Economics & Political Science visited the Egyptian People's Assembly on May 3rd, 2010. The events of the day started by a tour inside the Museum which was inaugurated by President Mubarak in November 1986 which houses some of the most ancient manuscripts of documents, regulations, laws and treaties humanity ever inscribed. The museum also contains holdings that date back to successive eras of Egyptian history, and displays of the development of representative life in Egypt in modern age, as well a section for souvenirs gifted to the Assembly Speaker. The students later attended a general session where MPs discussed the fishing and agricultural policy and was later on followed by a meeting of the Budget Committee.
