Future University Proudly Introduces the Faculty Deans

Deans are appointed for a maximum of five year terms by the Board of Trustees upon recommendation of the president or by a committee representing deans, professors, teaching assistants, and students.
The Faculty Deans at FUE are entrusted with leadership roles in assuring high quality educational programs. This is accomplished through the development and implementation of global standard protocols for the assessment of student learning outcomes, annual performance reviews of all full time professors and teaching assistants, and for teaching evaluation of all courses. The dean shall represent his or her Faculty and shall, in cooperation with the Vice President for Student Affairs, shall see that policies for the conduct and discipline of students are enforced.
The deans shall also play a leadership role in guarding and promoting academic freedom and enforcing policies around academic integrity. The deans shall, moreover, ensure that equal opportunity and diversity flourishes in their Faculties and that any form of discrimination or harassment of individuals is not practiced or tolerated.
