The School of Pharmacy, Saint John Fisher College and the faculty of Pharmaceutical sciences at Future University in Egypt (FUE) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in 2017. Few days after sinning the MOU St. John Fisher College hosted Mekheil Zakaria, a 4th level Pharmacy student at FUE to explore the International Clinical Rotation Experience from August 21 to September 18, 2017.

The four-week clinical rounds were led by Prof. Christine R. Mekheil experienced the pharmacist roles in the pharmacy department, internal medicine, critical care, emergency department, operating room, non-sterile compounding, pediatrics, cancer center, IV room and palliative care.

Mekheil also spent several days at the college campus, meeting students and attending a few classes in the Pharm.D. program. He participated in a Student Professional Development Program and attended several student focused events during his visit.
