Fee Structure and Registration Details
Instructions for Registrants
- All Plenary and Keynote speakers will be registered by the Organizing Secretariat.
- All Oral and Poster Presenters and other participants will be required to pay the registration fee as indicated in Fee Structure.
- Students – Students from academia may also register at a preferential student rate, providing a copy of their student status/ID along with their submitted registration form.
- Exhibitors - Each exhibiting company is entitled to a number of free exhibiting staff pass. They will be registered as 'Exhibitor Complimentary'. Any additional exhibitor is required be registered.
- Accompanying Persons may register through the registration category of the principal applicant. They will have access to all facilities availed by the principal applicant.

- Registration Fee will cover participation in all scientific sessions & conference materials, lunch, and coffee breaks (attending workshops not included).
- Additional fee of 100 LE (50 LE for students) will be charged for each workshop attended.
- Handouts are NOT guaranteed for registrations after January 25, 2015.
- *Must provide certification for student status from institution.
Terms of Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Icps2015@fue.edu.eg
- In case of cancellation before or on 25 January 2015, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation after 25 January 2015, the registration fee will not be refunded.
