Registration Details and Fee Structure
Instructions for Conference Registrants:
- All Plenary and Keynote speakers will be registered by the Organizing Secretariat.
- All Oral and Poster Presenters and other participants are required to pay the registration fees as indicated in Fees Structure.
- Students – Students from academia may also register at a preferential student rate with providing a copy of their student status/ID along with their submitted registration form.
- Exhibitors - Each exhibiting company is entitled to a number of free exhibiting staff pass. They will be registered as 'Exhibitor Complimentary'. Any additional exhibitor is required to register at the normal rate.
- Accompanying Persons may register through the registration category of the principal applicant. They will have access to all facilities availed by the principal applicant.

Terms of Cancellation:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]
- In case of cancellation before or on 25 January 2019, the registration fee less of an administration fee of 50% will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation after 25 January 2019, the registration fee will not be refunded.
