It examines the characteristics of just society and its main challenges. It also touches on particular and related themes such as economic justice, education, health care, intergenerational justice and finally, interstate justice. Prerequisites: None. Course Goals: • List terms commonly used in diversity discussions. • Identify your social identities. • Summarize how privilege and oppression interconnect. • Be aware of the basic concepts and theories of social justice. • Have a basic understanding of different systems of achieving social justice.
