Abstract :
Due to the impact of globalization on higher education and its requirements, and its properties, and the emphasis on quality, on the one hand, and the impact on economic development on the other hand, research has proven the existence of a close relationship and interaction between education and economic development and economic growth rates, however you should review the expenditure on education in general and higher education in particular and the restructuring of its budget. This research and recommends re-consideration of the decisions and goals of higher education and the development of higher education institutions to respond to economic developments, political, social and technological innovations and scientific progress in various areas of life.
