Course Description

This course covers the general skills of international political, economic and business negotiations, through using simulations of country-to-country negotiations, company-to-company negotiations, and country-to-company negotiations. Case studies can be given from Egyptian-Israeli negotiations, or Israeli negotiations with other Arab negotiators.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:

  • Detail legal context to diplomacy
  • Outline contemporary changes to diplomatic activity
  • Understand and describe negotiated agreements
