Course Description

This course will focus on helping participants achieve an understanding of general concepts of the Business Process. Major frameworks of Computerized Management Information Systems (MIS) are presented and real business cases are introduced illustrating important topics of the course and demonstrating relevance to the current practice of MIS.

By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:

Implement a decision-making process
State the need for computerized support in managerial decision-making
