Submission Guidelines

• Submitted papers should be prepared using the IEEE Conference Proceedings format, with either Microsoft Word or LaTeX. [Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings | IEEE]

• The initial submission must not include the author(s)' information (double-blind review process).
• PDF file and the source files (word doc) should be submitted
• Authors can verify the paper format using the IEEE PDF eXpress/PDF Checker: https://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/authors/pdf_checker.html

• Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
