Aim 1: Education that meets international quality standards	1.1 Diversity and proficiency in all academic programs in university faculties. 1.2 Enable students and graduates to acquire professional and innovative competencies and life skills. 1.3 Excellence in the quality support and services provided to students and graduates. 1.4 Sustain local accreditation and obtaining regional and international accreditation. 1.5 Obtain an advanced ranking locally, regionally, and globally in international rankings.
Aim 2: Upgrade the level of scientific research, innovation and knowledge production in a way that contributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development.	2.1 Increase the percentage of funding for scientific research activities and developing the efficiency of resources and research capabilities. 2.2 Develop the scientific research system and policies, and complete graduate studies programs in all university faculties. 2.3 Raise the university level in the field of innovation, patents, and the production of knowledge and technology. 2.4 Support scientific research ethics systems and protect intellectual property rights at the university and its faculties.
