Community Service Competition

Community Service Competition Student Life Department Cultural Section is pleased to announce the Community Service Competition.

Competition Guidelines:
- Only 5 students per team
- The selection of a specific place/location to implement the initiative on a scale (i.e. Village - Center - Governorate - Republic)
- The initiative must include the following (idea - objectives - working mechanisms - target group - expected results - key success factors)
- Identifying the support needed for the initiative (private sector - government sector - civil society institutions - personal finance)
- The initiative should be applicable and has a return on society and/or the environment in solving one of the issues and/or problems.
- Each team will submit a hard copy and a copy of CD of the project with the initiative presentation (PowerPoint) not exceeding more than 5 minutes.

Important dates
Tuesday 30/10/2018
Deadline for registration and participation in the competition

Tuesday 20/11/2018
Deadline for delivery of the Initiative

Wednesday 5/12/2018
Announcing the result (winning teams)

Internal University Awards:
First place: EGP 1000 for each team member
Second place: EGP 750 for each team member

Important Note: The winning work will be promoted to participate in the Competition of Creativity 7 at the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports

First place: EGP 5000 for each team member
Second place: EGP 4000 for each team member
Third place: EGP 3000 for each team member
