Awareness session about Corona Virus (COVID-2019)

An awareness session on Corona Virus (COVID-19) took place on Monday March 2nd, 2020 at FUE theater at 2 pm. The session was held in the framework of the Community Services and Environmental affairs Fair organized by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industries. The session was delivered by Prof. Dr. Amal Emad, head of Microbiology and Immunology department at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industries at FUE.

The session included valuable and elaborate information on the topic and covered the methods of prevention and control as well as the possible treatment, ongoing research and promising clinical trials using potential drugs. The session was attended by more than 270 professors, teaching assistants and students.
