Conference Overview
The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Future University in Egypt (FUE), in collaboration with the
Centre for Business and Economic Research (CBER), successfully hosted the 14th ROGE-2025 Conference
from 11–12 August 2025. The conference explored a broad range of topics in business and economic development,
attracting participants from both developed and developing countries.
Academic Leadership
The event was held under the presidency of Prof. Ebada Sarhan, President of Future University in Egypt,
with Prof. Hany El Shamy, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, serving as
Conference Chair. Their leadership underscored the university’s commitment to academic excellence,
innovation, and international collaboration.

Ms. Mariam Khalil, Assistant Lecturer, won the Third Best Paper Award for her research titled
“The Effect of Board of Directors’ Diversity on Firm Performance.”
Furthermore, three e-posters submitted by FUE students received the Best E-Poster Award, based on graduation projects supervised by
Dr. Hesham El Masry, Dr. Heba Sorour, and Dr. Noha Zakaria.
