Interprofessional Education Program (IPE)

Under the supervision of Professor Hesham Katamish, Dean of Faculty of Oral & Dental medicine, Future University in Egypt and Professor Hanan Refaat, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, Future University in Egypt, an interprofessional education (IPE) course was held for 3 days (22-24 February, 2022).

The event aimed to teach effective collaborative practice between healthcare providers.

The course included various scientific topics on the rational use of NSAIDs, antibiotics, drugs inducing oral lesions and clinical data interpretation. Lectures were designed and delivered by Dr. Sherif Amer- FUE oral and dental medicine and Dr. Seif El-Hadidi-FUE pharmacy and was under the direct supervision of Dr. Hala El- Kammar, Vice Dean of Oral and Dental Medicine and Dr. Amal Emad, Vice Dean of Pharmacy.
