QS Workshop in Collaboration with the Egyptian Knowledge Bank for the Egypt Ranking Committee, Hosted by Future University in Egypt (FUE)
Future University in Egypt (FUE) proudly hosted a specialized workshop organized in collaboration with QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank (EKB) for members of the Egypt Ranking Committee. The workshop aimed to enhance the performance and global positioning of Egyptian universities in international rankings.
The workshop provided an in-depth overview of QS ranking methodologies, key performance indicators, and best practices in institutional data collection, validation, and submission processes. Participants were introduced to the major ranking criteria, including academic reputation, research impact, internationalization, and graduate employability.
Experts from QS delivered practical insights into analyzing ranking results and identifying areas for strategic improvement. The sessions focused on developing evidence-based action plans that align institutional performance with global benchmarking standards.
Representatives of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank presented its advanced digital resources, research databases, and analytical tools that support academic publishing, increase citation impact, and enhance research visibility at the international level.
The workshop also featured interactive discussions on institutional data management systems, quality assurance mechanisms, and benchmarking strategies against leading global universities. Participants exchanged experiences and explored innovative approaches to strengthening institutional competitiveness and global presence.
