Mostafa El-Feki

A diplomat and political thinker. He is the Director of the Library of Alexandria. Dr. El-Feki has held many prominent positions, including Secretary General of the Consultative Council for Foreign Policy, Ambassador of Egypt to the Republic of Austria, Resident Representative of Egypt to international organizations in the Austrian capital, President of the British University in Egypt, and Director of the Institute for Diplomatic Studies. He also worked as a secretary to President Mubarak for information between 1985 and 1992. He also taught at the American University and supervised a number of scientific papers. He worked as a member of many institutions (such as the National Council for Human Rights, the Writers Union, the Egyptian Scientific Academy, the Supreme Council for Culture and the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs). Dr. Al-Feki holds a Master of Philosophy and a PhD from the University of London and has written several books. He was awarded high Honor medals from several countries, including Austria, Tunisia, Sudan, France, Cyprus, Sweden, Denmark, Spain and got the Award of the Nile (the highest award of the State) in Social Science 2010 and the State Merit Prize in Social Science in 2003 and the State Incentive Prize in Political Science in 1994 .
