Participants wishing to present a contribution are invited to submit a short abstract ( conforming to the form available here) and a Paper related to the conference topics. The maximum number of pages of the submitted papers should not exceed 12 pages. An extended abstract with maximum of two pages should be submitted with the full length paper. Organization, e-mail address, mobile, phone, and phone should be provided.
All papers should conform to the standard IEEE formatting.
Use the MS WORD templete and the Latex class . All papers submissions must be in PDF format.
Authors of accepted papers will be asked to complete the electronic IEEE Copyright form.
