Abstract : Two liquid chromatographic methods were developed and validated. Simple and sensitive
thin-layer chromatography (TLC)-densitometric and high-performance liquid
chromatographic (HPLC) methods were used for the simultaneous determination of
flumethasone pivalate (FP), flumethasone pivalate related substance and impurity,
