Prof. Hayam Wahba is a professor of finance and vice-dean of Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University. She is the executive editor of the Future Business Journal (FBJ) and a board member of the International Journal of Corporate Strategy and Social Responsibility (IJCSSR). She is currently a board member of the Holding Company for Roads and Bridges. Her research focuses on corporate social responsibility and corporate governance. Professor Wahba was the team leader of The Egypt CFA winner in 2018 & 2019. She is also the scientific consultant of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration - Future University in Egypt.
Soad Kamel Rizk is a professor of economics, she owns her PhD in Economics Science from Paris1 University – France. Her research focuses on Policies to Enhance Employment and Raise Productivity in Informal Sector in Egypt.
