It is a pleasure to invite you to the 1st International Conference on Business Studies (ICBS-2019). The conference is organized by the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration – Future University in Egypt and will take place in Cairo on the 9th of October 2019.
ICBS-2019 aims to engage scholars, policy makers, and business leaders from academics and industries, to discuss challenges and opportunities for emerging markets. The conference provides opportunities for networking and exchange research ideas and application experiences.

Soad Kamel Rizk is a professor of economics, she owns her PhD in Economics Science from Paris1 University – France. Her research focuses on Policies to Enhance Employment and Raise Productivity in Informal Sector in Egypt.
Hayam Wahba is a professor of finance and vice-dean of Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University. She is the executive editor of the Future Business Journal (FBJ) and a board member of the International Journal of Corporate Strategy and Social Responsibility (IJCSSR).
Ghada R. El Said is an Information Technology professional, researcher, and a member of university academic staff. She is currently an associate professor of Management Information Systems at the Future University in Egypt.
Ghadeer Badr is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt since 2012. Dr. Ghadeer was awarded her doctorate degree in Business Administration from Cairo University.
Marwa El Maghawry Ibrahim is an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Department of Management, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt since 2006. She was awarded her doctorate degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University.
Sara Zein is working as Journal Administration Manager for the Future Business Journal. She has ten years of experience in the administration field, in addition to her experience as technical support for Microsoft.
Laila Gamal Abdelmoaty is an Assistant Lecturer of Accounting, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt since 2015.
Heba Badawi Hathout is an Assistant Lecturer of Accounting, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt since 2013.
Michael Ayad Gendy is a Teaching Assistant of Accounting, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt since 2018.
Magued Osman, an expert in social statistics and public opinion research, and the Founder and CEO of the Egyptian Center for Public Opinion Research "Baseera".
Adel Zayed has a PhD from University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
Khaled El Sayed has a PhD from the University of Nottingham, UK, where he was a member of staff. Currently, he is working as the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University; Cairo, Egypt.
Gamal Shehatah, has a PhD from University of Nottingham.
Mike Wagner is Director of the Master of Arts in Human Resources Program and Assistant Professor at the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.
Mohd. Azwardi Md. Isa, is currently attached to the Department of International Business, School of International Studies as a Senior Lecturer, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).
Adla Ragab is a Professor of Economics and Director of the Center for Economic and Financial Research and Studies at Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University.
Azza Mohamed Hegazy is currently a professor of Economics at the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt. She has PhD in Economics from Helwan University.
Mohsen Adel is the Chief Executive of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI). He served as Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).
Ahmed Abou El-Saad is the Managing Director at Azimut Egypt Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Abou El Saad has served as head of surveillance at the Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange, where he was on the executive committee that works on introducing new instruments and regulations to the market.
Ahmad Shams El Din is the Head of Research at EFG Hermes in early 2016, and he oversees all MENA and frontier equity research.
Sherif El-Behery is the Head of Banque Misr’s SMEs & Micro Finance Department. He is an experienced senior executive with strong track record in establishing and managing business lines.
