Ghadeer Mohamed Badr ElDin Aboul-Ela is a Professor of Human Resources Management in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University in Egypt since 2012. Professor Ghadeer was awarded her doctorate degree in Business Administration from Cairo University. With over Seventeen years of teaching experience, consulting as well as research activities. Her research interests span both Human Resources Management as well as Organization Behaviour disciplines. Much of her research work has been on analyzing work-related attitudes and behavioural practices.
